Patti's Quilt
May 21, 2008
Okay. Full-sized quilt that lives on the guest bed. My mom's friend Patti has been doing the brick hint since she first saw it. Although Patti won't be the owner of this quilt (sorry), it is now officially
named Patti's Quilt.
Details? Hard to remember, actually. The block size is 9" finished. All of the fabrics are from two design lines. Yes, I really, really, REALLY like the fabrics. No, I don't recall off the toppa my head who/what they are.
Simple machine quilting (that should tell you that this is not a recent finish for me, yes?); the stitching to hold the raggedy-edge flowers is also the quilting in those blocks.
Batting is Warm 'N Natural.

Patti's got good taste. Maybe, she could look at it real closely, and make one for herself. Very pretty quilt.

Ahhh, but Patti is a self-confessed NON-crafter/quilter/sewist/etc. (I know! Sad, but true.)
But yes, since I didn't have a pattern, I don't think it would be difficult for anyone to figure this out on their own... did I mention that the blocks are 9" finished? And they're in an 8x9 set?
Heh. Go forth and conquer.
